Multi-site Community Manager

Our multi-family real estate client is looking to add to their operations management team. This position will oversee 3 communties consisting of 500+ units of Class C product in the Northglenn, Colorado market.

The multi-family, or multifamily manager is based in Denver, Colorado. The company is an owner/manager or jv/manager.

Some of the responsibilities and qualifications are listed below:

Responsibilities:

•Multi-site or large community management experience a plus

•Oversee daily operations of properties

• Coordination between residents, vendors, contractors

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the property in a professional manner

• Knowledge of all aspects of the leasing process

• Proven track record in professional leasing environment

• Coordination of all building activities and resident services

• Preparation of budgets, monthly financial statements and variance reports

• Property inspections

• Interaction with residents; resident relations and work order follow-up

• Negotiate and implement all service contracts in conjunction with RPM

• Review and follow-up on delinquencies

• Marketing through community activity

• Work to create strong sense of community

• Assist in the coordination and research of capital projects

• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff

• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have three years managing multi-site or a large asset. Multi-family (apartment) experience is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

• Must have a real passion for the multi-family industry and bring a track record for consistently outstanding customer service and leasing.

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and back-ground check
