Job Title: Hospitality Recruiter


Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospitality Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top culinary talent, including line cooks, chefs, prep cooks, and various other hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for culinary positions such as line cooks, chefs, prep cooks, and other hospitality staff.

- Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, and ensure they meet the requirements for various kitchen and hospitality roles.

- Build and maintain relationships with culinary schools, training programs, and industry associations to create a robust talent pipeline.

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, reference checks, and extending job offers.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in recruiting within the hospitality or culinary industry.

- Familiarity with the roles and responsibilities of kitchen staff such as chefs, line cooks, prep cooks, and other key positions.

- Strong networking skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and industry professionals.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities in the hospitality sector.
