Construction Manager - Civil

RETS Associates on behalf of our client, a national leader in transformational land development projects, is recruiting a Construction Site Manager on their Frederick, MD project site. The Site Construction Manager will oversee the on-site execution of the 40+ mile fiber ring connecting the main campus to a major internet hub, as well as other projects on the main site. This role requires extensive experience in managing infrastructure construction activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, building and maintaining budgets, and creating and enforcing schedules.

The right candidate should have 10+ years of experience with Heavy Civil Construction including wet & dry utilities, telecom, grading, mass earth, etc.

The role is onsite on the project in Frederick, MD and requires candidate to be able to commute to the project in Frederick 5 days per week.
