Job Description
Site Manager – Glasgow. (RC Frame Multi-Storey & Civils Experience Essential)
Award-winning UK Property Developer is currently seeking experienced Site Manager’s for a major new build mixed-use development in Glasgow consisting of 1000 apartments and commercial space on the ground floor.
Site Manager will be responsible for:
* Overseeing the Civils and R/C Frame element of this prestigious project.
* Ensure the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance site wide.
* Manage subcontractors and driving the timely completion of works to programme.
* Manage all external works, liaise with subcontractors, and ensure top-tier delivery.
* Chair progress meetings and liaising with external facade engineers and building control.
* Communicate effectively with other departments, including commercial and design teams.
* Maintain quality assurance procedures and ensuring the site is presented to a high standard.
Site Manager will have:
* Experience working on civils and multi-storey RC Frame projects is a must.
* Experience working on external facade works in the construction industry.
* Proven track record in delivering high-rise residential projects to a high standard.
* Relevant certifications, including SMSTS, First Aid, and Scaffold Appreciation.
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety and fire stopping requirements.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues
