London (Hybrid) - £68k - £78k + Excellent Benefits Package
Join this dynamic Corporate and Business Tax team as a Corporate Tax Manager focusing on advisory work.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside senior management and partners, providing bespoke tax advice to clients.
You'll engage in a variety of tax advisory projects, develop your skills, and play a crucial role in mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with partners and junior team members to deliver tailored tax advice to clients, from initial engagement to legal implementation.
Manage the delivery of advice, balancing collaboration with junior resources and direct communication with partners.
Assist in pitching for new clients and manage advisory projects, including corporate transactions, tax reliefs, due diligence, and employee incentives.
Prepare written reports, review junior team member's work, and ensure accuracy before partner delivery.
Support compliance work, including reviewing tax returns and providing technical tax support.
Skills & Expertise:
ACA/ACCA and CTA/ATT qualified with extensive post-qualification experience.
Advanced Excel and Word skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong team player with mentoring experience.
Enthusiastic, organised, and motivated.
Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and generate creative ideas.
Build rapport with clients and demonstrate trustworthiness.
