Office and Finance Manager
Salisbury
Full time – Permanent – 37 hour week
Salary is dependent on experience
Must be based in the Salisbury area
No Remote Working
We are currently recruiting for a Office and Finance Manager to join our client based in Salisbury.
Finance
* UK Business bookkeeping experience preferred, including use of Quick Books or similar package.
* 3 monthly VAT submission to Accountant.
* Quickbooks Invoice Production.
* End of Year submission to Accountant.
* Payment of invoices (initially <£1K).
* Chase Debtors.
* Removed.
Unit
Management of general Unit Improvement Plans (bathroom and kitchen upgrades etc).
Liaison with outside agencies (Fire/Alarm/Council etc).
Updating Certificates.
Updating Pictures.
Tidiness and cleanliness.
Maintain staff holiday register.
Business Registrations and Accreditations (Previous experience not essential)
SAM.
JOSCAR.
Cyber Essentials.
Prime Contractor customers annual accreditations.
Others as directed by Directors.
Cyber
Business lead for all cyber security including CMMC accreditation.
Website
Basic Maintenance.
Updates including trade show participation and new contracts.
Social Media
Publish updates including all trade shows on LinkedIn and Facebook.
Grow LinkedIn followers.
Production Schedule and Management Meeting
Maintain Meeting Minutes, ensuring sections are updated by lead personnel –
Programmes on Contract – Ops Manager.
Opportunities – BD Director.
Technical – Technical Director.
Business Management – BD Director.
Office Management – Office Manager.
QA – QA Manager.
Shows/Visits – BD Director.
Diary – Office Manager.
Trade Shows
Manage show booth design and goods - as directed by Directors.
Occasional attendance.
Registration Paperwork etc.
Stock Management
Assist Operations Manager in management of stock.
Travel and Subsistance
Assist Directors in booking of travel.
Packing
Assist Operations Manager in packing product for dispatch.
