Summary of the Role

Looking for an individual to lead a Global division which specialises in the design and manufacturing of heavy industrial components / equipment.

Responsibility for all aspects of the business including, health, safety & environment, P&L management, sales and marketing, channel and customer management and development, manufacturing operations and logistics, engineering, HR and finance.

This is a “hands on” product support and sales management role and the appointed person will play a very active role in the day-to-day management of the business whilst developing longer term plans. You should expect to work “at the coal face” to see that the business fundamentals are put in place and maintained.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required

We're looking for an individual who is on a trajectory in their career, apparent through a clear track record of success within a manufacturing organisation in which leadership and management of transformation was a key factor.

We are looking at successful individuals to make the step up and demonstrate evidence of a fast-track career in a senior role with multifunctional reporting lines and be ready for this step as the next logical career move.

Education or Professional Qualifications

Ideally a degree level education and above in engineering (ideally mechanical), mathematics, science, or technical discipline.

Other requirements

Capable of and willing to undertake overseas travel.
