Position: Supply Teaching Assistant
Location: Burton on Trent, Staffordshire
Contract Type: Flexible/Day-to-Day or Long-Term Supply
About the Role:
Support the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and engaging students
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with diverse learning needs
Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Adapt to the unique needs of each class and provide additional support as neededRequirements:
Experience working with children in an educational is required
Strong communication skills, patience, and adaptability
A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
