Job Description
A well established and expanding Contractor are looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The company specialise in the delivery of retrofit contracts to tenanted social housing properties, operating under the PAS regulations and the SHDF.

Reporting to the Directors of the business, you will be responsible for dealing with contracts at a high level. Duties will include:
Manage the day to day operations of the business, but also manage best practice.
Managing a team which consists of several Contracts Managers and their subsequent reports
Delivering successful presentations to Clients
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
Promote and maintain the highest standards of health and safety
Financial Reporting
The successful candidate must be personable, approachable and be able to demonstrate strong leadership, commercial and people management skills.
You must have a strong construction background, and have knowledge of the delivery of retrofit contracts within Social Housing.
Knowledge of PAS:2035
IOSH, NEBOSH tickets are ideal but not essentialThis position is based within the company's Head Offices in Greater Manchester, and will require some site travel across the North West.
