About the Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team in a leading manufacturing environment. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician who will provide hands-on support across a range of equipment, including injection moulding machines, CNCs, and conveyor systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with machinery, infrastructure, and hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
- Execute and oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programs.
- Collaborate with third-party contractors as needed.
- Uphold and promote health and safety standards within the manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in a manufacturing maintenance role, particularly with injection moulding, CNC, and conveyor systems.
- Qualified to 18th Edition (BS7671) standards; inspection & test certification (2391) is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with practical knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with health and safety principles in a manufacturing setting.
