Job Description

We are looking for one intermediate structural technician to join our office in Gatineau. Job description Under the supervision of the project engineer, the technician will participate in one or all stages of a project (preliminary, execution, monitoring). He/She will have to work independently and in a team. The technician will have to show initiative and versatility. Prepare sketches as directed by the designer. Participate in coordination meetings. Carry out site surveys. Required skills: DEP in residential and commercial dratfing or DEC in architectural technology. Proficiency in Revit software (essential) and Autocad. Experience of 3 years and more in the design of wood, steel, concrete structures. Reading and understanding plans. Resourcefulness, autonomy and team spirit. Attention to detail, a sense of a job well done and good work organization. Asset: Bilingual. Proficiency in Revit and Autocad softwares.
