I'm currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join one of my clients, a growing manufacturing SME. In this stimulating environment, you'll be able to leverage your expertise while contributing to diverse projects. If you're ready to take on new challenges, this opportunity is for you YOUR MISSION In close collaboration with the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing logistics operations, with a focus on: Managing inventories and supplies, preparing requests for quotes from suppliers. Producing weekly reports on stock levels and logistics, and tracking KPIs for by-product deliveries. Organizing delivery logistics and supporting operations planning. Creating and closing purchase orders for production and product storage. Participating in continuous improvement projects to optimize processes. Communicating with suppliers to ensure efficient supply chain operations. Conducting regular floor visits to monitor production progress. Preparing documentation for shipments and ensuring compliance with BRC food safety standards. Assisting with certain administrative and accounting tasks as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or DEC in logistics or operations management. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the food processing industry and BRC, HACCP standards (an asset). Proficiency in French and English (oral and written). Computer skills: MS Office, ERP systems. Ability to work in a team and strong interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, listening). Ability to assess situations globally and work independently. Strong stress management skills and commitment to continuous improvement. Recruitment Process: The process begins with a video interview with our team, followed by an in-person meeting with the General Manager. A third interview may be arranged if necessary.
