IT SPECIALIST WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW Full time permanent contract Milan, Italy Leading company in Large Format Additive Manufacturing Flexible working hours Huge growth potential Fluent in Italian and minimum B2 English is required JOB DETAILS As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining their IT infrastructure, providing technical support to ensure seamless operations, and safeguarding the security of their technology environment. You will also play a key role in driving their digital transformation by assisting with the implementation and management of ERP and CRM systems, aimed at improving their operational efficiency. Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and connected devices. Provide timely technical support to resolve hardware and software issues for users. Monitor and optimize system performance, proactively addressing any bottlenecks. Implement and enforce IT security measures to ensure data confidentiality and protection. Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to promote a standardized IT environment. Assist with the deployment and management of technology solutions, including software installations, updates, and troubleshooting. Contribute to the company’s digital transformation by supporting the integration of technology solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (user management, Intune, SharePoint). Expertise in major operating systems, such as Windows 10 and iOS. Basic networking knowledge (VLAN, firewall, access points, VPN). Mandatory proficiency in the Italian language. Good knowledge of English (level B2). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). Nice to have: Knowledge of new technologies in the cloud domain. QUALIFICATIONS Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; CCNA certification is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (Help Desk, System Engineer, etc.).
