Product Visionary : Envision and strategize the lifecycle of critical digital products that enhance our customer experience and operational efficiency. 2. Project Maestro : Lead software projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with our goals on time and within budget. 3. Team Catalyst : Inspire and mentor a diverse, geographically distributed team of software engineers, fostering collaboration and excellence. 4. Stakeholder Liaison : Serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating transparent and effective communication between all stakeholders. 5. Quality Champion : Uphold our commitment to quality by enforcing best practices and regulatory standards in software development. 6. Financial Steward : Oversee project budgets, providing insights and adjustments to ensure financial success. 7. Tech Trendsetter : Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage your technical expertise to make informed, impactful decisions. 8. Design Thinker : Apply design thinking principles and take ownership of all technical aspects of projects to deliver exceptional results. Must-Have Skills : Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST API, Microservices, React JS, Node JS, Golang, Redis, Kubernetes, AWS, and OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure). Experience : 1. Proven track record with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and React/Node JS. 2. Deep understanding of design concepts, architecture patterns, and clean coding practices. 3. Proficient in writing modular, testable code and building microservices. 4. Strong background in CI/CD practices and deployment in cloud environments (preferably OCI). 5. Familiarity with agile and DevOps tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) to translate complex requirements into maintainable solutions. 6. Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL), SQL, and PL/SQL with expertise in schema design. 7. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. 8. Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in mentoring teams. Bonus Points : 1. Experience in the Forex, Remittance, or Payments industry. 2. Knowledge of web application security best practices. 3. Familiarity with Azure cloud services and Apache Kafka. 4.
