Job Description : - We are looking for a Infrastructure Consulting Practitioner Microsoft Teams Infrastructure to work on collecting, storing, processing, and analyzing large data sets. - The primary focus will be on choosing optimal solutions for these purposes, then maintaining, implementing, and monitoring them. - You will also be responsible for integrating these solutions with the architecture used across our clients. Primary Roles And Responsibilities : - Selecting and Integrating Microsoft Teams Infrastructure : Evaluate, select, and integrate Microsoft Teams-related tools, technologies, and frameworks to meet client requirements. - Ensure the infrastructure supports real-time communication, collaboration, and integration across client environments. - Developing & Maintaining Teams Infrastructure : Design, implement, and maintain scalable Microsoft Teams environments, including Direct Routing, Calling Plans, Teams Rooms, Teams Security & Compliance features, and other Teams-related solutions. - Optimizing Performance & Monitoring : Monitor the performance of Microsoft Teams environments, including voice, video, and chat functionalities. - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of Teams services. - Implementing Collaboration Solutions : Advise clients on best practices for deploying Microsoft Teams as a unified communication and collaboration platform, including integration with Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and third-party tools. - Infrastructure Design & Troubleshooting : Translate complex technical and functional requirements into detailed infrastructure designs, considering scalability, security, and integration with other Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems.
