ServiceNow Tester

Role : ServiceNow Tester. Location : Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Contract Duration : 6 months. Must Have Skills : ServiceNow Tools Administration. Good To Have Skills : ServiceNow. Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : - Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in leading test activities on ServiceNow projects. - Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its modules. - Create Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases/Scripts, and Test Estimates. - Lead Test Teams, manage test executions in an iterative, continuous integration environment, review results, and provide reports. - Collaborate with project stakeholders and engage in defect triage and prioritization activities. - Coach and guide Test Team members to meet overall test objectives. - Engage in UAT with stakeholders, contributing across all test phases. Technical Experience : - Experience in creating Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases/Scripts, and Test Estimates. - Skilled in managing Test Teams within continuous integration environments, and in reviewing and reporting on test results. - Actively engage in UAT and other testing phases with stakeholders. Professional Attributes : - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent project management and time-management abilities. - Strong teamwork and team-building skills.
