COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Surgery - General (GS)

• Salary: $575,000 with no on-call and a 3-day workweek
  
• Sign on Bonus: is available
  
• Relocation: is available
  
• CME: $5,000 annually + 8 days
  
• PTO: 168 hours a year + Paid Holiday and Sick Time
  
• Loan Repayment: Available
  
• Retirement: 401K Program is available

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Surgery - General (GS)

• Bread & Butter General Surgery Cases plus Endoscopy and Laparoscopic procedures, Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, and Lap Hernia Repairs.
  
• 24-hour Emergency Services at both locations
  
• Surgery: 2 days per week at 2 separate locations + 1 day outpatient and consults
  
• Established surgical services department
  
• EMR System is Cerner
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Surgery - General (GS)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
  
• Willing to consider physicians with 5 years left to practice
  
• Will consider Visa Candidates

• Location is less than 3 hours from Reno, Nevada or 1 hour from Redding, California!
