The Opportunity:
As our Senior Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing pipelines with key business partners. Additionally, you will be responsible to work with Sales to convert pipelines into customer contracts as well as overlook and drive Partners to get new customers to value as quickly as possible. This role is pivotal in driving sales efforts to achieve business growth and success. You will work closely with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and others, to ensure effective partner collaboration and customer satisfaction.

Your Mission:
  • Sell the vision of composable commerce as a key revenue stream for our partners
  • Work with partners to identify new commerce replatforming initiatives in the market and convert them into actionable sales pipeline
  • Constantly enable the partners and reinforce the messaging for composable commerce and why commercetools needs to be prioritized over other competing or adjacent solutions in new customer initiatives and projects
  • Orchestrate cross-functional resources within the organization to support the creation and execution of partner GTM activities that will maintain a long-term, scalable joint model that drives commercetools, partner and customer success
  • Maintain and regularly review business plans with partners, establishing clear commitments around marketing, readiness/skills development, project delivery, and sales execution
  • Drive program execution across activities involved in the completion of commitments and goals established in the business plan, such as marketing and lead generation-related activities, joint sales activities with partners, project delivery, and customer adoption of commercetools' solutions
  • Constantly maintain a clear view of the return on mutual investments including joint marketing and demand generation funding, product investments, and enablement investments
  • Lead regular pipeline reviews to ensure pipeline and forecast information is thorough and accurate
What you need to succeed:
  • Professional experience selling enterprise software (ideally ecommerce, cloud computing, etc.)
  • Experience working with enterprise customer accounts and with SI/agency/ISV partners in the region
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English
  • Experience working for a SaaS Tech organization
  • Exposure to working with information technology customers and/or partners and C-level decision-makers
  • Experience building new business plans, working with multiple stakeholders including direct and channel marketing, product management, and account management teams
  • Willingness to travel, up to 25%

$156,000-$195,000 USD
