Are you a qualified accountant with a knack for finance systems? Ready to lead and optimise financial data integrity across dynamic teams? We’re on the lookout for a Finance Systems Integrity Manager who can maintain seamless operations, elevate system controls, and ensure top-notch finance data quality.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure Operational Excellence: Deliver BAU processes with precision, aligning with finance policies and procedures.
• Data Stewardship: Safeguard the integrity of financial data across systems, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Team Leadership: Guide, manage, and develop a Systems Assurance Analyst.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate, assess, and enhance finance system functions.
• Risk & Assurance: Lead risk assessments, maintain system documentation, and drive improvements in finance systems controls.
• Support & Problem-Solve: Oversee escalated support issues and work with project teams on solution delivery.

About You:

• Qualified Accountant: In-depth knowledge of finance processes and principles.
• Tech-Savvy: Skilled in managing complex finance software; TM1 Planning Analytics experience a plus.
• Leader & Team Player: Proven track record in team leadership and thrives in a collaborative, hybrid environment.
• Adaptable & Detail-Oriented: Quick to adapt in a fast-paced setting, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Strong Communicator: Ability to effectively connect with stakeholders at all levels.
