IT Recruitment Consultant – Global Financial Services

We are looking for experienced 360-degree recruiters to accelerate our development into London’s Insurance and Financial Services market. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will inherit a portfolio including some of London’s leading global financial services companies and leverage this foundation to build out a seven-figure service line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving the acquisition of new business through the proactive engagement of target clients by taking hands-on responsibility for delivering social media, telephone, and email client outreach campaigns
• Working with the leadership team to develop compelling go to market campaigns aligned to emerging trends in core financial services markets, including Digital Transformation, DevOps, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and SaaS.
• Utilising industry best practice to manage effective service delivery with both line management and HR.
• Staying in front of market dynamics through active participation in technology meetups, social groups and attending / participating in market relevant conferences.
• Working against a quarterly target in a commission driven environment.

Desired Background Skills / Experiences and Attributes:

• At least 2 years of experience gained in a 360-degree recruitment agency environment, ideally within the London Tech / IT recruitment sector.
• Appreciation for and understanding of how technology is changing the financial services sector, specifically in areas such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence, data analytics and fintech.
• Demonstrated ability to open and develop high-value, service delivery relationships with key stakeholders.
• Deep recruitment delivery experience gained in either a Search, RPO or, contingency environment.
• Strong influencing skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High levels of ambition, self-drive and commitment to personal and career development.
