Fire Door Contracts Manager / Supervisor

EA Associates are currently working with a leading Passive Fire Protection & Fire Door Contractor to recruit for a Contracts Manager with fire door experience. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced fire door carpenter or supervisor looking to step into a management role, as well as for seasoned proffesionals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee multiple fire door installation projects from start to finish

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

* Manage project budgets and timelines effectively

* Lead and support on-site teams, providing guidance and ensuring high standards of workmanship

* Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in fire door installation and knowledge of passive fire protection

* Previous supervisory or management experience is a plus

* Strong organizational and leadership skills

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Excellent communication skills
