We are recruiting for a Delivery Consultant to join our IT division to support on a number of clients both here in the UK and overseas!

Ideally, you will have prior recruitment experience with a proven track record of building established relationships with clients and candidates within the IT sector. You will also ideally be educated to graduate level (however this isn't essential) as full training is provided. In your previous roles you should have worked to KPIs on a regular basis including working towards financial targets and having awareness of commercial acumen. Proven ability to build relationships with managers and key business stakeholders as well as negotiating effectively. You will be money - motivated with a great deal of pride in attention to detail to ensure yours and ARM's reputation are at the forefront.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Recruiter to join an established team with instant accounts to be worked.

You must have:

• Prior recruitment experience particularly in the IT sector
• Proven track record of building relationships with key stakeholders
• Sales experience with hitting sales targets and KPI's
• Educated to graduate level (preferred)
• Ability to work towards financial targets
• Commercial acumen
• Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
