Class Teacher
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset
Pay: Paid to scale, MPS1 - MPS6 (£31,650 - £43,607)
Contract: Full time, Fixed Term Contract starting in January 2025 until the end of the 24/25 academic year

Use tailored behaviour management strategies that suit the developmental needs of primary-aged children, promoting positive behaviour and a supportive learning atmosphere
Exhibit strong communication skills and demonstrate excellent classroom management to ensure an effective and productive learning environment
Contribute to the wider school community, actively participating in school initiatives and fostering positive relationships within and beyond the classroom Requirements of suitable Class Teacher applicants:
Hold an Enhanced Child DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for one through anzuk
Experience teaching KS2 students, with a solid understanding of the curriculum and learning needs at this stage
Knowledge of SEND, with the ability to adapt lessons to support students with special educational needs
Possess a recognised teaching qualification, such as QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Hold a valid Right to Work in the UK ***This role is not suitable for anyone requiring sponsorship***
