This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Relationship Manager, Medical at My Language Connection Ltd located in Glasgow, with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing medical translation projects, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with the language services team to meet client needs.

• Experience in B2B relationship management, preferably in the medical sector
• Strong project management skills and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in languages other than English is a plus
• Knowledge of medical terminology and translation industry standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in languages, communication, business, or a related field
