Stage Logistics Specialist

The resource will primarily assist with: Organization and management of shipments; Preparation and printing of documentation such as delivery notes, DDT (transport documents), packing lists, waybills; Entering customer orders into the management system; Data entry and management of the export/import paper archive; Inventory of materials in the warehouse; Monitoring the status of shipment progress; Support for E-commerce through the use of the internal management system (creating transport documents, generating invoices, etc.). Requirements: Dynamic personality with high stress resistance; Good knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel); Excellent knowledge of the English language (B2); Bachelor's degree; Preferable knowledge of customs declarations; Accuracy, flexibility, excellent analytical and communication skills.
