Shopify Developer - PHP

We are seeking a skilled Shopify Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in PHP, Shopify development, cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), and version control systems. This role involves building and optimizing eCommerce platforms while integrating Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities : 1. Develop and maintain Shopify stores, themes, and custom functionalities. 2. Build and customize Shopify themes from scratch using Liquid and PHP. 3. Integrate eCommerce solutions with SCM processes for a seamless supply chain. 4. Ensure robust performance, scalability, and security for all eCommerce solutions. 5. Utilize cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for hosting, deployment, and scaling. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on eCommerce strategies. 7. Manage version control using Git or other tools, ensuring efficient collaboration and code management. 8. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues on Shopify and other integrated platforms. Required Skills and Qualifications : 1. Proficiency in Shopify and Liquid templating language. 2. Strong knowledge of PHP and hands-on experience with Shopify API. 3. Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud platforms for deployment and scaling. 4. Proficient with version control systems like Git. 5. Experience in developing, managing, and optimizing eCommerce solutions. 6. Understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and its integration with eCommerce platforms. Other Requirements : 1. Proven experience in customizing Shopify themes and developing plugins. 2. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. 3. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment. 4. Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams. Preferred Qualifications : 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. 5 years of experience in Shopify and PHP development. 3. Certifications in AWS or Azure are a plus.
