Job Description
Live Role: Assistant Project Manager - Luxury Residential Mansions
* Location: Twickenham Riverside office-based 4 days per week, with 1 day on site in SW London/West End
* Salary: c. £40,000 - £45,000 + Lucrative Bonus + Clear Path for Progression
Role Highlights:
* Hands-on involvement across all stages, from acquisitions to sales, including planning, construction, and project oversight.
* Role sits within the Developer arm of a hybrid Developer/Main Contractor business, with the Main Contracting team managing the physical build.
* Oversight of the contracting team on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines without direct sub-contractor management.
* Reporting directly to the Project Director, with valuable mentorship and guidance provided.
