Business Support Manager - Payroll, Auditing and Compliance

Location: WA14 5GL

What We Offer: £25- 30k

Working Hours: 37 hours pw

Are you ready to join a growing team at Novax Recruitment? We're on the lookout for an organised, proactive Office Support to play a key role in our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive capacity, enjoys a variety of responsibilities, and is motivated to contribute to a fast-paced recruitment environment.

What You'll Do:

Timesheet Entry: Accurate input and management of contractor timesheets.
Invoicing: Preparation and distribution of invoices.
Compliance Management: Oversee incoming compliance documentation to meet our internal standards.
Credit Control: Confidently follow up on outstanding payments and maintain clear records.
Reports: there will be a number of reports on excel that need updating and maintaining
Building new reports
Helping Audit Quality along side the people and culture manager

You'll also collaborate with our Learning and Development Manager, supporting quality assurance and HR-related functions as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Skills: Strong communication skills, comfortable with payment follow-ups, and a detail-oriented approach to working with numbers.
Experience: Recruitment experience is a bonus, though not required
What We Offer: Salary: £25- £30k
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, We can be flexible on start and finish times.
