Senior Building Surveyor

An independent commercial property and construction firm are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding Newcastle team.

The Senior Building Surveyors' role

The Senior Building Surveyor will become an integral part of a close-knit team of 4, responsible for supporting the development of the division.

As the new Senior Building Surveyor, you'll have a responsibility to generate fees, develop key client relationships and support team & business development.

In this role, the successful Senior Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to manage a variety of projects across sectors including office, retail, leisure, education, healthcare and residential.

The Senior Building Surveyor

The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally come from a consultancy background and have a successful track record of providing both project and professional services.

MRICS qualification is preferred
Business development experience is a bonus
