J'interviens sur deux types de recrutement: temporaires et permanents dans la région du Grand Montréal. Je suis à la recherche, pour mon client situé dans l'ouest de montreal, d'un superviseur de crédit. Il s'agit d'un contrat permanent de 37,5h. Your responsibilities: - Supervision of a team of 8 employees; training, coaching, daily management to increase employee performance, performance evaluation, team motivation. - Supervision of the account opening process and management of the customer master file. - Management of legal files, lawyers, collection agencies, bankruptcies and complex cases. - Management, collection of major accounts and export sales. - Review and analysis of financial situation of new and existing customers. - Responsible for establishing credit limits and payment terms. - Supervises order release processes. - Oversees release processes and acts as substitute when necessary. - Ensure compliance with corporate standards, policies and procedures. - All other related tasks and analyses related to team operation and collection work. Your profile : - Approximately 10 years' professional experience as a credit supervisor or manager. - Bachelor's degree in finance or other relevant training. - Diploma from the Credit Institute of Canada. - Good knowledge of computer systems and MS Office suite. - Excellent time and priority management skills. - Strong organizational, business and risk management skills. - Proven decision-making, negotiation and problem-solving skills. - Ability to read and analyze specialized legal and financial information. - Knowledge of business law, bankruptcy and legal mortgage laws. - Excellent team management, leadership and change management skills. - Ability to manage delicate situations and work under pressure. - Diplomacy, good judgment. - Bilingual (necessary for exchanges with teams from other Canadian provinces) - Available for business travel. - Knowledge of Get Paid collection software (an asset). - Experience working in the distribution or construction sector (an asset). - Experience in a large group (an asset). - Experience in a highly computerized environment (an asset).
