PRODUCT MANAGER

INXPECT is the company for you The Product Manager is responsible for the definition of new products/services and for their launch on the market. The Product Manager should monitor and analyze market trends, managing and expanding the company product portfolio. Keys area of responsibility: Monitor market trends to propose changes applicable to our products and to develop new products/services; Work closely with other key C-level managers (Sales Manager, CTO, ) to develop new products/services; Design, coordinate and control of the activities related to the market launch of each new product/service, including promotion, communication and training (e.g. webinar). Manage customers feedback, acting as a primary interface between the technical development team and the market Requirement: Proven track record in the role (at least 4 years) preferably within Tech startups with strong focus on hardware-based products, industrial/robotics markets and experience towards service-based business models M.Sc. or equivalent degree Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical skills Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented Ability to work across functions collaborating with different departments Fluent in English (written and verbal) What do we offer?
