Proposal Manager / Tender Specialist: We are looking for a Proposal Manager / Tender Specialist who will be responsible for following up tenders related to the design of civil works and transport infrastructures. The successful candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in the field of civil engineering, particularly in the design of transport infrastructure. Qualifications: Master's Degree in Engineering (Civil) / Architecture; Fluent English Language (at least B2 level); Second language knowledge will be appreciated; Ability to establish contacts with a wide range of partners; Quality: Planning & prioritization skills; Excellent attention to detail; Prone to teamwork; Willing to improve professional skills; Responsible, organized, and dedicated; Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
