Job Description

MSC Cruises, the world's 3rd largest cruise operator, is investing €13.6 billion over 10 years to build up to 17 new digitally advanced ships, terminals, and other assets. They offer a dynamic, international work environment where employees can influence the company's digital future. MSC Cruises is hiring an experienced Integration Architect for their Enterprise Architecture team in the IT department. This role is crucial for their digital transformation, impacting systems in various business areas like Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Digital Channels. The Integration Architect will lead complex integration and transformation programs, ensuring smooth IT operations, and contributing to the industry's digital progress. Responsibilities: Design and implement enterprise integration solutions that align with MSC Cruises' business goals and IT initiatives. Lead and participate in complex integration and transformation programs. Utilize and promote familiarity with Enterprise Integration Patterns to ensure efficient and effective integration processes. Work with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft and batch orchestrators like BMC Control-M. Create and maintain a vision for the integration strategy within the Enterprise Architecture framework. Maintain excellent communication with various stakeholders, providing clear project status updates and managing expectations. Manage and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful project delivery. Oversee projects using both waterfall and Agile (SAFe) methodologies. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain MSC Cruises' competitive edge in digital transformation. Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in integration architecture, with a strong background in complex integration and transformation programs. Natural familiarity with Enterprise Integration Patterns. Experience with middleware platforms like MuleSoft and batch orchestrators like BMC Control-M. Experience in ensuring the observability of integrations, including monitoring, logging, and tracing. Proven ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Advanced certifications are a plus. Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are an asset. J-18808-Ljbffr
