Job Description
RINA is currently recruiting for a Italy HR Employment Administrator to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Human Resources Division. We offer a fixed-term contract (maternity leave). Mission Support the managing administrative employment process, granting compliance with legal requirements. Key Accountabilities Support the managing administrative employment process, granting compliance with legal requirements. Collecting, drafting and recording documentation concerning the employment relationship (employment contracts, relocations, changes in contractual conditions, etc.). Managing enrolment of interns internships. Managing personnel database software and electronic storage of personnel files, ensuring timely and effective updating of HR databases. Participating in drawing up policies and procedures on HR related matters. Education Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Law. Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in similar roles. Good knowledge of Office 365. Good knowledge of English language. Detail oriented. Knowledge of SuccessFactor Software would be a plus.
