Consolidated Financial Results at June 30, 2023 For our headquarters in Milan, we are looking for a BIM Management Specialist , to be placed within the Bidding & Engineering Department . Responsibilities: Assisting in the preparation of proposals for information management in tender processes Supporting BIM teams in operational projects Facilitating the centralization and dissemination of internal know-how Contributing to the implementation of standards and procedures for BIM Data Management Analyzing and reviewing BIM models provided by clients, designers, and consultants Document management: overseeing workflows, reception, validation, and quantity control from BIM models BIM modeling using authoring software for the construction sector Executing 4D simulations Developing algorithms for automation and optimization (including 4D and 5D) Creating apps for reporting and analysis dashboards Testing functionalities of new software Participating in corporate innovation programs Requirements: Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture At least 3 years of proven experience in an AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) company or as a general contractor Proven experience with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Dynamo, Bentley OpenRail, Synchro 4D, etc. Proficiency in programming languages (C#, Python) Experience with virtual reality, augmented reality, and headsets Ability to extract, organize, and capitalize on data from BIM models and work with databases Good Knowledge of English Webuild is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
