YOUR ROLE Manages all operations at department level to ensure efficient production and high-quality products. Delivers analysis plant performance KPIs, budget, and projects. Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel. Ensures operations processes and solutions. YOUR SKILLS Chemical high school diploma/Degree in Engineering or related fields. 3/4 years of previous experience in a similar role is required. Well-developed people management skills. Fluent in Italian and English. Continuous improvement and lean manufacturing knowledge. IT skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office package. Proactive, passionate, result-oriented, and a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
