Service Sales Specialist

Description For our Business Unit High Voltage based in Lodi, we are looking for a Service Sales Specialist, who will be responsible for generating sales opportunities within the designated areas, focusing on the installed base penetration (IB). Your responsibilities: In collaboration with the Service Sales Manager, implement Service sales strategy. Penetrate IB, promote various upgrade, retrofit, and value-add solutions to the benefit of the customer. Understand the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices, and prepare sales plans, review them, and propose recovery plan(s) when needed. Be responsible for driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring the progress of the service sales strategy, developing trends for identifying and winning new business, developing contract strategy, and project proposals based on policies, customer requirements, budgets, and timescales ensuring they meet agreed technical standards. Identifying, discussing, reviewing, and negotiating the contract baseline and other documents to ensure compliance with respect to maximizing financial and operational performance. Documenting any changes/amendments that happen during contract execution. Assess and monitor the success/deviations of contracts to identify any required changes. Ensuring the timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects, cooperating with technical and financial staff, legal teams, and the client’s own representatives. Provides support and advice on new potential business opportunities demonstrating a strong legal knowledge base/terminology. Background: Bachelor/Master Degree in Management Engineering or similar (technical background is required). 2-5 years of experience in Sales roles, preferably inside the industrial field. Fluency in both Italian and English (B2/C1). Proactivity, resilience, customer-oriented mindset, and outstanding communication skills are required. J-18808-Ljbffr
