Job Description

What you will do We offer you an exciting and challenging position in a dynamic and international team. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be able to become an expert in a thrilling technological environment. Your role will have a significant impact on growing our business further. In this position, you will be responsible for growth and profitable sales of our Johnson Controls Security Products, Access Control, and Video brands in Italy, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta. You will be part of the European sales team, specifically the Europe South team across the Mediterranean Sea, and will directly report to the Sales Director in Belgium. After thorough onboarding with your team, you will develop strong partner relationships with our internal and external partners to drive sales further. How you will do it Visit both existing and potential partners to create new business and promote our portfolio, including negotiating pricing and conditions with partners on specific projects. Organize partner events (e.g., Technology Days) and assist at trade shows and seminars to promote our portfolio. Gather, analyze, and organize data concerning the market, partners, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and provide feedback to our product and marketing organization. Liaise with key players, ranging from Facility and Security Managers of customers to Architects, Consultants, and General Contractors in the Decision-Making Process. Administer your sales activities and provide continuous support to partners, such as following up on incoming orders, keeping partners informed, monitoring and controlling the information flow, and arranging product sales training. What we look for Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field. Experience in the security industry. Team player as well as a good individual achiever. Hunter personality. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong negotiation skills. Analytical mindset and can-do attitude. Thrilled to learn new technologies. Native Italian and fluent communicator in English; Greek is a plus. Location : You are situated in Italy, preferably close to Milano, and will travel to our customers and partners regularly.
