Application Support Analyst

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst that will be involved in the current and future delivery support and maintenance of ION and LIST services. You will play a key role in assisting customers from both a technical and functional point of view. Your responsibilities Manage and optimize existing and new application functions; Ensure the optimal use of the application by the end-users; Monitor and control the quality of datasets on a daily basis; Be the point of contact for the end-users and handle system issues; Perform incident management; Configure and test functionalities; Support the team in defining and analyzing user requirements; Develop and maintain functional documentation; Perform user training. Your skills, experience, and qualifications Bachelor's or Master's in a financial or technical related field is preferred; 1.5 years of experience in a similar role in the fintech field; Basic knowledge of SQL language; Client-focused attitude; Team player with solid communication and presentation skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to manage pressure; Good written and oral communication skills in English and Italian; EU Work Permit; Willingness to work shifts; Availability to work on weekends.
