Junior UI/UX Designer DIGITAL EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer to join the digital experience team for the creation of digital projects for the agency and its clients. Contractual level: Internship Experience: Previous experience, even minimal, is preferred Location and working hours: Vigonza (PD) - 09:00-13:00, 14:00-18:00 Main roles and responsibilities: Work closely with developers, marketing teams and others across the agency to ensure design alignment with business objectives Monitor usage metrics and gather user feedback to make iterative improvements to your projects Maintain a solid understanding of trends and best practices in the UI design industry Skills and experience: Degree in Design with focus on User Interface design Knowledge of user interface (UI) design principles Ability to use design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC and other design and prototyping tools Portfolio of different projects that demonstrate skills in the various areas of a User Centered Design process Preferably basic knowledge of HTML and CSS Propensity for teamwork, continuous updating and sharing of sector developments in groups Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various company functions Creativity in generating innovative solutions and problem-solving Good organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects Fluency in English Previous experience, even short, in communications agencies is preferable Precision and attention to detail Nice to have: Positivity, enthusiasm, resistance to stress and orientation towards problem solving Good organizational, time management and team collaboration skills Real interest in the latest technologies and passion for project development This announcement is aimed at both sexes, pursuant to laws 903/77 and 125/91, and to people of all ages and all nationalities, pursuant to legislative decrees 215/03 and 216/03.
