Hey Are you a people champion and a change manager? We are looking for an HR Business Partner . YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE: Providing employees and managers with guidance and thought leadership on HR matters Partnering with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement employee Lifecycle processes and execute the People Strategy Partnering with the business to execute people-focused strategies supporting business goals Working on impactful projects and acting as an ambassador of our cultural change journey WHO YOU ARE: You hold a Bachelor’s degree You have previous experience in managing blue-collar employees You have a minimum of 2 years experience in the role You are a self-starter with a problem-solving attitude You can work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment You have solid communication skills and the ability to build fruitful relationships with stakeholders DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?
