Job Title : Salesforce QA Engineer Job Description : We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Salesforce QA Engineer to join our team. This role involves ensuring the highest quality in Salesforce implementations by validating sales processes, CPQ workflows, and user permissions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve any issues, ensuring our Salesforce solutions meet business objectives and quality standards. Responsibilities : Sales Process Testing : - Test and validate the entire sales conversion process in Salesforce, ensuring accurate functionality of Lead, Account, and Opportunity creation. CPQ Process Testing : - Conduct testing on CPQ processes, including quote creation, pricing, and contract/subscription management. - Validate the approval processes to ensure alignment with business rules. User and Permission Set Validation : - Ensure the correct setup of standard profiles, permission sets, and user roles, validating that access controls and permissions are correctly applied within Salesforce. Holistic QA Management : - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for Salesforce implementations, conducting end-to-end manual testing on new features and customizations. Bug Identification and Reporting : - Independently identify, document, and report bugs or defects; collaborate with developers and business teams to resolve issues efficiently. Manual Testing : - Perform thorough manual testing to assess system functionality, performance, and scalability, maintaining a high standard of quality. Collaborative Communication : - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure Salesforce solutions align with quality standards and business requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Strong knowledge of sales conversion processes (Lead, Account, Opportunity creation) within Salesforce. - Proficiency in CPQ processes, including quote creation, pricing, contract/subscription management, and approval workflows. - Understanding of Salesforce standard profiles, permission sets, and user role management. - Ability to develop and implement holistic QA strategies for Salesforce environments. - Strong problem-solving skills with experience in bug identification, reporting, and resolution. - Excellent manual testing skills, with an emphasis on functionality, performance, and scalability. - Self-driven, fast learner with excellent communication skills.
