Associate Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap

Position Overview : As an Associate Product Manager, you will take on a pivotal role in defining, delivering, and managing innovative solutions for our Sourcing platform. This is a hands-on position that will allow you to make a direct impact in the Fashion & Apparel industry, working alongside cross-functional teams to drive product lifecycle processes from ideation through execution. Key Responsibilities : - Solution Expert : Act as the subject-matter expert for business processes within the fashion and supply chain industry, defining the future of our product platform. - Product Strategy Execution : Oversee product lifecycle processes including product research, competitive benchmarking, roadmap development, and deployment. - Product Development : Partner with engineering teams to translate strategy into detailed design requirements, use cases, and process flows for final product development. - Customer Success : Ensure high client satisfaction by managing the functional and technical delivery of solutions and proactively addressing client challenges. - Pre-Sales Support : Provide technical and industry-specific insights to support sales efforts with current and prospective clients. - Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal teams to understand business processes, challenges, and opportunities. Mandatory Requirements : Experience : - 4-6 years of overall professional experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in SaaS or Enterprise software. - 2 years of dedicated Product Management experience in B2B products. - Strong understanding of B2B workflows, business processes, and SaaS or enterprise software. Industry Expertise : - Proven experience in the apparel, fashion, supply chain, or related industries. - Exclusions : Candidates from EdTech, gaming, or B2C apps will not be considered for this role. Technical Expertise : 1. PLM Tools : Hands-on experience with Apparel PLM tools such as Centric Software, Bamboo Rose, Infor PLM, Flex PLM, Trade beyond, or Lectra PLM. 2. Supply Chain Knowledge : In-depth understanding of supply chain processes and familiarity with key business metrics, along with the ability to develop new metrics as needed. Education : A Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications : 1. Strong background in structured, data-driven problem-solving within product management. 2.
