Technical Lead - Java Development

Job Title : Technical Lead - Java Employment Type : Full-Time (Permanent) Location : Noida Education : BE/B. Tech in Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT), or MCA Experience : 6-9 years Job Description : The Java Technical Lead is responsible for facilitating requirement analysis, design, development, unit testing, conducting peer reviews, and providing feedback to enhance frameworks. This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and technical skills, along with proficiency in Java technologies and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities : - Research, design, and develop high-quality software systems. - Analyze software requirements to assess feasibility within time and cost constraints. - Understand customer requirements and create functional specifications/use cases. - Assist architects in research, prototyping, and proof of concepts (POC) of new tools and technology. - Develop technical design documentation for software changes and development. - Design and document unit and integration testing approaches, including test scripts. - Troubleshoot and resolve software issues. - Contribute to project estimates, scheduling, and deliverables. - Conduct code reviews for system modifications and development. - Mentor younger engineers in the organization. - Use tools like GitHub/Bitbucket for configuration management, Jenkins for builds, and VisualVM/AppDynamics for performance monitoring. Technical Skills : - Java/J2EE, Spring, and Springboot : Expertise in designing and developing high-performance, high-availability microservices using Java frameworks. - API Integration : Experience in creating and integrating third-party APIs. - Microservices : Strong experience in designing and developing scalable microservices. - Reactive Systems : Hands-on experience in reactive system design. - Design Patterns : Proficiency in applying design patterns and containerized applications. - Distributed Systems : Experience building scalable and highly available distributed systems. - Core Java : In-depth experience with Core Java. - Microservices and Spring Framework : Proficiency in object-oriented analysis, design, and Spring/Springboot frameworks. - REST APIs and JS Frameworks (ReactJS) : Experience working with REST APIs and JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS. - Tools : Familiarity with software engineering tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and VisualVM/AppDynamics. Soft Skills : - Superior communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong learning attitude, including a desire to upskill and reskill as needed.
