Driver Trainer

My 3PL client are actively seeking a Driver Trainer to work with their Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers across multiple sites in the UK.

The key responsibilities for the role of Driver Trainer based in Warrington will be:

• Delivering Driver training for WTD/Driver's hours, driving styles, infringements, vehicle and trailer inspections etc.
• Delivering Driver CPC training to ensure all are up to date and refreshers are completed.
• Creating training materials to update/support existing courses, and also add new courses to improve the current offering.
• Working alongside the Group Health & Safety Manager to reduce accidents and any issues of non-compliance.

The successful candidate for the role of Driver Trainer based in Warrington will have:

• A strong Logistics/Transport background.
• Experience working as a Driver Trainer.
• Great working knowledge of WTD/Driver's hours and other transport related compliance.
• The ability to improve and create training courses/materials.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Great people skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
