Managing Director

Day-to-Day Insight Global is looking for a Managing Director to join our integrated supply chain client based on Toronto, ON, to stand up their Canadian operations for their global distribution of raw materials in the paper, pulp and lumber industry. The successful candidate should have 10 to 15 years' experience in supply chain, with strong Canadian experience exporting raw pulp, waste paper and lumber internationally (heavily to Asia). They should be able to utilize their current network to partner with suppliers for the purchase of raw materials and have a sound understanding of transportation and clearing services from supplier warehouse to the port of destination. Must Haves 10-15-years' experience within supply chain Strong experience in the waste paper, pulp and/or lumber industry Expertise within the export of raw paper/pulp materials from Canada to overseas
