You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and deliver top-tier software solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a robust grasp of cutting-edge technologies, including AWS, modern Tech Stack like Node, React.js, Python, contemporary development methodologies such as Serverless, microservices, Containers, among others, coupled with a keen design sensibility and adeptness in solving intricate challenges. Key Responsibilities : - Partner with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to comprehend project requisites and deliver scalable, sustainable software solutions. - Develop and sustain server-side logic utilizing Node.js, ensuring peak performance and swift responsiveness to requests. - Devise and deploy frontend components using React.js, adhering to best practices for code structure and organization. - Devise and maintain database schemas, interfacing with databases (SQL and NoSQL) for efficient data retrieval and storage. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing, intuitive user interfaces. - Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic seamlessly, collaborating closely with frontend and backend developers. - Conduct code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to nurture skill enhancement. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to integrate best practices and continuous improvement into development processes. - Diagnose and resolve issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability of applications. - Engage in Agile/Scrum development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Demonstrated experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js and React. - Proficiency in RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and server-side rendering. - Profound knowledge of database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. - Experience with build tools and package managers (Webpack, npm, Yarn). - Exceptional problem-solving abilities and collaborative team-working skills. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. - Hands-on experience with the AWS cloud platform.
