Role : Technical Project Manager. Exp : 7 years. Location : Work from office - Bengaluru, India. Time : UAE hours (9am to 6pm GST). Expected start : Immediate 2 weeks. Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering various technical projects within the organization. - This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards. Responsibilities : - Lead the delivery of projects and services according to client requirements and contractual agreements. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. - Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and project teams. - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Coordinate resources, including team members, vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure project success. - Communicate project objectives, status updates, and risks to stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues and risks as they arise. - Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and post-mortems. - Collaborate with technical teams to define project requirements and deliverables. - Monitor project progress and performance against key metrics. - Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Foster a collaborative and productive working environment within the project team. - Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns. - Lead project review meetings and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. - Provide leadership and guidance to team members throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience managing technical projects, preferably in a software development environment. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. - PMP or other project management certification is a plus. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
