Backend Developer - Python/Django

Job Title : Backend Developer (Django Python) Experience Required : 3 to 4 years CTC : Upto - 15 LPA Location : Gurgaon Industry : Tech Product Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Django and Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust backend systems, ensuring seamless integration with frontend applications, and contributing to scalable and efficient system architectures. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Django and Python. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and security. - Debug and troubleshoot issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework. - Experience with RESTful API development and integration. - Familiarity with database management systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. - Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git. - Understanding of asynchronous programming and task queues (e.g., Celery). - Proficient in unit testing and other testing methodologies. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications : - Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. - Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience in frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is a bonus.
