Senior Java & React.js Developer

Java (React) Experience : 6yrs Budget : 1.2L pm Location : Remote What You'll Be Working On : - Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to ensure the highest quality product platform - Collaborate with peer organizations, quality assurance and end users to produce cutting-edge software solutions - Develop highly available and highly scalable applications - Generate technical documentation as well as unit and functional tests - Shape development processes to promote a high-quality output while continuing to iterate - Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of team members What You'll Need to Succeed : - 5 years of professional engineering experience - 3 years of professional backend experience (Java) - 2 years of professional React experience and Typescript experience (preferred) - 1 years of professional experience with GraphQL (preferred) - Previous experience working with startup and/or growth companies - Good knowledge of API design and development - Ability to thrive as part of a multi-site development team - Ability to test, debug and supervise your own code - A bias to action and passion for problem-solving - Knowledge of AWS or other cloud technologies - Experience with CI/CD tools with an emphasis on building quality code preferred - Experience working for a startup and/or high growth tech company, preferably a consumer-oriented or marketplace service. - Experience with developing product and user interface requirements. - Experience working in an agile environment. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment (ref:hirist.tech)
